SILAS' BIRTHDAY, PART TWO - 2014

Silas is now in his last year as a pre-teen! He opted not to have a traditional party this year, choosing a small overnighter instead. Our schedule dictated that his guests woke up here on his actual birthday, which meant some of our birthday traditions got bumped out a day or two. He had fun and it all worked out, though.

The guys baked brownies, played games, went to the park, jumped on the trampoline, and just hung out on Wednesday.

We had stuffed French toast and fruit salad, at Silas' request, for dinner and I sent about 100 banana spice cookies with him to share with the junior high class at Bible study that night.

The next day he went out for a bagel date with Tim in the morning.

Last night I took him to get ice cream, then we chatted and laughed in the back yard while he polished it off.

Today we finally did the birthday outfit pictures.

What a fun few days!
