* Pioneer Woman's macaroni & cheese - We've made rice cooker mac & cheese for years, but tried something new this time around. It was totally different, but everyone liked it.
* lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry sauce - I love lemon flavored foods and these were no exception. They're good with or without the syrup.
As of yesterday, I'm done packing school lunches ... which means I'm done planning lunch menus. Woohoo!!
BREAKFASTS
* doughnuts (we have these at church, though we usually have some dry roasted almonds, fruit, and/or cottage cheese at home or on the road first)
* oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, milk, peanut butter, maple almond butter, raisins, dried cranberries, fruit, huh-koe-pee milk, and/or energy mix as optional toppings
- yogurt, fruit, & spinach smoothies x2
- cottage cheese & fruit x1
* egg, potato (I bake an oven rack's worth once a week and pop them in the fridge for breakfasts), & spinach scramble x2

DINNERS
* leftovers
* tacos (seasoned meat and crockpot beans from the freezer)
* sesame honey chicken (crockpot)/rice/new recipe* cheesy green beans/rice
* sausage balls/popcorn/cottage cheese with blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, mandarins, kiwis, and grapes (Devon's birthday dinner)
* tortellini pesto salad
SNACKS & DESSERTS
* produce
* nuts - pistachios & dry roasted almonds
* popcorn (kernels from the Winco bulk department & a West Bend Stir Crazy to pop them in)
