MENU: 6/26/14 - 7/2/14

Well, the last menu didn't go as planned. We had leftovers twice, dinner provided once, I ended up baking nine dozen banana spice cookies for Silas to take to church on his birthday, and the site where I found a new recipe wasn't working the day I went to make it.  Such is life. We did, however, try and like one recipe.

maple cluster granola - Packed with nuts and seeds, it's a tasty addition to our collection of granola recipes.

BREAKFASTS
* doughnuts (we have these at church, though we always have some dry roasted almondsfruit, and/or cottage cheese at home or on the road first)
* oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, milk, peanut butter, maple almond butter, raisins, dried cranberries, fruit, huh-koe-pee milk, and/or energy mix as optional toppings/yogurt, fruit, & spinach smoothies x3
* egg, potato (I bake an oven rack's worth once a week and pop them in the fridge for breakfasts), & spinach scramble x2
* morning glory muffins/cottage cheese & fruit
