MENU: 2/27/14 - 3/5/14

I want to share some recipes with you before we look at the next menu.  The first is a new dessert recipe we tried and the other is a couple of veggie pizza suggestions.  All recipes are linked in green.

homemade Twix bars - Heather posted a link to these on her two week menu earlier in the month and they were a hit with our whole family.  I don't think they taste like a Twix (too much chocolate and the cookie part is too soft), but they are still delicious.

veggie pizza - I made a double batch of focaccia one day and turned it into two veggie pizzas.  Both had store-bought marinara and mozzarella, one had marinated artichoke hearts and olives, and the other had homemade roasted yellow bell peppers and spinach.  So good!
