THE NEWEST RUNNER OF THE FAMILY

Tim took the little Ws to Wilsonville's Kids Fun Run last weekend while I was in Seattle. We didn't know of anyone else who was going, but they ended up running into several families we know and Rachelle, who was one of the ones there, sent us this picture of Naomi. Stinkin' cute!! I wonder how much faster she could have run without carrying the weight of all that non-aerodynamic hair?


I asked each of the kids how it went. Silas, in his box-checking way, let me know how he ranked for his age group. Devon, true to his nature, told me about some dance moves he picked up. Naomi, who is evidently a bit competitive, said "I smoked my boys". That would be her brothers, the ones she didn't run with.
