Devon's wanted to try smoking cheese for quite a while and recently had a chance to do it. A friend of his had a taste and decided he wanted some of his own, so he bought three blocks of cheese for Devon to smoke. Two were for him, the other for Devon as payment for smoking all of it (which Devon split with Tim as payment for using the smoker and pellets).
Saturday was cheese smoking day and I caught Devon in action, dealing with cheese and trying not to inhale all the smoke.

And then I had him pose later with some of the smoked pepper jack and cheddar he'd created. So tasty!
