I love this kid. One of our bonus Ws, he used to be in our home nearly every day when he lived next door. His family moved across town a year ago and we only saw him on weekdays when we picked him up from school. Then the world stopped in March and we didn't see him at all for six long months. Two visits in September, then nothing again for three months. He and his parents asked a few days ago if they could come over on Christmas Even. My heart and head needed an evening with them even more than I realized.
