Let me start off by sharing a few new recipes from the last menu that we liked.
roasted cabbage with lemon - One little W wasn't a fan, but the rest of us, including those who aren't crazy about cabbage, thought it was great.
garlic green beans - Delicious! They almost taste grilled.
zesty crockpot chicken - I love this! It's going to become a regular addition to our menus because it's so easy and delicious. We shredded it and froze the leftovers for future meals. The thawed version was just as good as fresh.
